After witnessing the barriers trainees and supervisors face like disorganization, compliance stress, and time consuming paperwork—she was inspired to create a simpler, more supportive solution.

Vlad Iacob

Co-Founder
Vlad, a skilled software engineer and Head of Engineering at a leading visual learning company for medical students, brought his expertise in building scalable, user-friendly platforms to MentraTrack.
